Information and Advice Referral
Staff and volunteers can assist clients with information on an extensive range of local services and programs.
If our centre is unable to provide the specific service or program requested staff or volunteers will work with clients so ensure they find what they are requiring.
We can assist in many ways including providing phone numbers, brochures, businesses cards and email addresses for external services of relevance.
If needed the centre co-ordinator/ manager can work with the client in more detail, providing references both written and verbal, organising appointments and supporting the client more closely with their enquiries.
